Location: Remote with shifts in Cyprus local time (10:00-22:00 or 22:00-10:00)
Salary: €2,000-€3,000 gross + performance bonus

What you will do
- Communicate with VIP customers via live chat and emails.
- Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Acknowledge and resolve VIP customers’ issues and queries.
- Keep up to date with products, terms, offers, and functions.
- Report and escalate advanced queries to relevant departments.
- Perform first-step investigations on queries and issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in written and verbal English with excellent language skills.
- Strong communication abilities for effective interaction.
- Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a multitasking environment.
- 4+ years experience in online customer support mandatory.
