What you will do
- Issue sales invoices across multiple entities and liaise with customers to ensure accurate billing.
- Reconcile, collect, and clear aged debtor balances.
- Code and post invoices, process payments, and reconcile supplier statements.
- Manage supplier queries and perform multi-currency bank reconciliations.
- Support month-end processes and general finance administration.
Requirements
- At least three years of Accounts Receivable experience.
- AAT study or qualification is desirable.
- Intermediate Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.
- Immediate availability is required for the 3-month contract.
Nice to have
- Experience using Xero.
- Retail and stock-related finance experience.
