What you will do

• Issue sales invoices across multiple entities and coordinate with customers for accurate billing.
• Reconcile and collect aged debtor balances to ensure timely payments.
• Code and post invoices, process payments, and manage supplier statements and queries.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations across various currencies.
• Support month-end financial processes and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Intermediate Excel skills and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to start the role immediately.

Nice to have

• AAT qualified or currently studying.
• Experience using Xero.
• Background in retail and stock-related finance processes.
