Salary: $114,000 - $195,000 + commission (OTE) + equity + ZRX tokens

What you will do

• Build frameworks to identify and prioritize GTM opportunities and develop scoring approaches to guide focus.
• Translate on-chain EVM activity into clear, actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Support sales execution by developing bespoke data narratives and insights for live deals.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify and resolve gaps in existing data foundations.
• Move from raw data to clear points of view, connecting on-chain signals with business context.

Requirements

• 4–8+ years of experience in data or analytics roles.
• Experience in Web3 / crypto required.
• Strong experience working with on-chain data (EVM required).
• Strong SQL proficiency and hands-on experience with tools such as Dune or Allium.
• Ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations and strong data storytelling skills.
• Willingness to travel globally for customer meetings, conferences, and team offsites.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with analytics tools like Amplitude, Heap, or FullStory.
