What you will do

• Lead security incident response and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage Microsoft Defender, email security, and phishing protection.
• Collaborate with IT Ops on network security controls including firewalls and VPNs.
• Oversee vulnerability scanning, remediation, and risk reporting.
• Run ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits and coordinate compliance efforts.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and vendor security assessments.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Munich, Germany
• Strong hands-on experience in security operations, incident response, and forensic analysis in SaaS and hybrid IT environments.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, email security, and endpoint protection.
• Proven ability to lead ISO 27001 or SOC 2 audits end-to-end.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex security topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working with infrastructure teams on network and vulnerability security controls.
