What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and managing all aspects of content delivery.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal social management, creative, and content partnership teams to align on deliverables.
• Maintain regular client communication through status updates, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services to drive revenue.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or content management within a media or advertising agency.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and content campaigns.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for building long-term stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with digital media, content strategies, and current industry trends.
• Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
