What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing strategic guidance and managing all aspects of content delivery.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal social management, creative, and content partnership teams to align on deliverables.
- Maintain regular client communication through status updates, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and additional services to drive revenue.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or content management within a media or advertising agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple client accounts and content campaigns.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for building long-term stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with digital media, content strategies, and current industry trends.
- Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
