What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end launch of new blockchain networks from testnet to mainnet.
• Design and implement deployment architectures for validators, full nodes, RPCs, and supporting services.
• Build and operate infrastructure across cloud (GCP preferred) and bare-metal environments.
• Develop repeatable launch patterns, runbooks, and automation using Terraform and Helm.
• Implement high-availability setups and define actionable SLOs, SLIs, and alerting.
• Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and systemic post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Linux networking fundamentals.
• Proficiency with at least one cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS, Azure, or OCI).
• Experience with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
• Solid scripting or programming skills in Go, Python, or similar.
• English: B2 minimum required. Location: Must be based in the EU.

Nice to have

• Experience with blockchain infrastructure (validators, RPC nodes, staking systems).
• Experience with bare-metal environments.
• Knowledge of distributed tracing or advanced observability setups.
• Exposure to security and compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
