TL;DR

Senior UX Designer (AdTech): Designing world-class enterprise UI, product structures, and functionalities for high-scale digital advertising marketplaces with an accent on business strategy and user needs. Focus on owning the UX process end-to-end, reducing system complexity, and maintaining scalable design systems.

Location: Remote (must be based in Poland)

Salary: 16 787 - 18 763 PLN gross/monthly or 139 - 156 PLN net/hourly

What you will do

  • Design world-class enterprise UI and product structures based on business strategy and requirements.
  • Architect and deliver new features and functionality from concept to implementation.
  • Drive and own the end-to-end UX process, ensuring a balance between user and business needs.
  • Represent user, business, and production perspectives throughout all product development phases.
  • Identify and remove unnecessary complexity within the product.
  • Apply and maintain the company's internal Design Systems.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer.
  • Proven experience designing complex enterprise-level user interfaces.
  • Ability to manage and execute the entire UX design process independently.
  • Communicative proficiency in both Polish and English.
  • Must be based in Poland.

  • Experience working within digital media or the advertising (AdTech) industry.
