• Ship value fast with clean, efficient code, owning and fixing bugs.
• Contribute broadly to product, design, engineering, and architecture, planning and owning new tasks.
• Own delivery and execution processes, forging new paths independently.
• Learn, improve, teach, lead, and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Make significant impact on products and features in small teams.
• Assist with other projects in transportation, medtech, legaltech, productivity, web3, and more as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and shipping production software systems.
• Backend: Python/FastAPI (prioritized), Node.js/TypeScript, C#/.NET, or Java/Spring.
• Frontend: React.js or Vue.js; building human-centered user experiences.
• Deep understanding of full engineering stack from databases and servers to UI.
• Cross-functional work with managers, designers, engineers; self-documenting, modular, testable, performant code.
• Thrive in fast-paced startup environments; self-starter transforming business requirements into solutions.

Nice to have

• Logistics industry experience and interest.
• React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, CI/CD.
• Knowledge of ML/LLMs.
