What you will do

• Rapidly ship clean, efficient, and empathetic code to provide immediate value to clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and architecture teams to plan and own new features.
• Take full ownership of delivery and execution, forging new paths forward independently.
• Mentor team members through leadership and providing constructive feedback.
• Shape the delivery of products in small teams, ensuring a significant impact on the final result.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience building and shipping production-quality software systems.
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Node, C#/.Net, Go, or Java/Spring.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React or Vue and TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of the full engineering stack, from databases and servers to UI.
• Experience building human-centered user experiences and working cross-functionally with managers and designers.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native, GraphQL, DevOps, or CI/CD.
• Knowledge of Web3.
