🔥Looking for a Head of CRM (iGaming) to take full ownership of CRM strategy and lifecycle management for LATAM markets!🔥
Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and implement CRM strategy for LATAM
— Manage full player lifecycle: onboarding → retention → reactivation → VIP
— Build segmentation, personalization & trigger communications
— Optimize bonuses, promos & reactivation campaigns
— Run A/B tests and improve key CRM KPIs (LTV, ARPU, Retention, Churn, NGR)
What We’re Looking For:
— 5+ years of experience in CRM
— 2+ years in iGaming
— Experience managing a team
— Strong understanding of retention, lifecycle & segmentation
— English for working communication
➕ LATAM experience & Spanish knowledge is a plus
