What you will do

• Build and expand the existing RL and evaluations framework.
• Optimize RL and evaluation infrastructure at frontier scale.
• Design and implement scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
• Manage and optimize containerized applications and orchestration platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Redis, Linux, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in systems design, performance security, and CI/CD management.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale system architecture projects.
• Must be able to work on-site in the San Francisco Bay Area or Singapore.

Nice to have

• Startup experience in early-stage technology companies.
• Deep familiarity with current AI tools and LLM capabilities.
• Understanding of LLM evaluation and RL frameworks and methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for remote collaboration across time zones.
