What you will do

• Design and implement performance-critical backend systems for MEV infrastructure across the transaction lifecycle.
• Develop infrastructure for validator-client integration, relay communication, and block propagation.
• Optimize code for latency, throughput, and reliability in adversarial network conditions.
• Analyze and integrate MEV developments from Ethereum, Solana, and other ecosystems.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of backend programming experience with expertise in C++ and Rust.
• Proven experience in MEV infrastructure, trading/searching, or block-building organizations.
• Experience designing production-grade, low-latency networking architecture and distributed systems.
• Track record of technical leadership and project ownership from start to finish.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with blockchain internals and validator client behavior.
• Contributions to open-source MEV infra or tooling projects.
• Experience in HFT or networking stack optimization.
• Academic background from a top-tier university or experience at a well-regarded technology company.
