What you will do

  • Define and own the global employer brand strategy and market positioning.
  • Develop and refine a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) rooted in company culture.
  • Create multi-channel content for social media, careers pages, and campaigns to attract high-calibre talent.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to execute high-impact attraction campaigns for priority roles.
  • Lead the creative direction and conceptualization of employer brand initiatives.
  • Define and track performance metrics for engagement and application quality.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or brand management.
  • Proven experience building or scaling employer brands in high-growth SaaS or tech environments.
  • Strong ability to create and shape content across various formats with a confident creative voice.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and paid talent campaigns.
  • English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive a function independently.
