What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruitment processes across the entire organization.
• Partner with People Partners and stakeholders to identify short and long-term hiring needs.
• Manage candidate communication to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Proactively source and build diverse, long-term candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge and improve TA practices.
• Monitor gaming industry trends in recruiting, compensation, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Broad experience recruiting for various tech disciplines, ideally within the gaming industry.
• Ability to understand specific role needs and source proactively to find the best talent.
• Solid experience partnering effectively with different teams and a variety of seniorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Stockholm office (Hybrid model).
