What you will do

• Manage a broad range of fixed-income asset categories and support delivery of sustainable returns from external mandates.
• Critically evaluate qualitative and quantitative aspects of external asset managers.
• Generate operating capital for the General Account and provide insights into market developments.
• Identify new opportunities within the Public Markets universe.
• Contribute to the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) into the investment process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in investment meetings.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree and at least 7 years of experience in financial markets and asset management.
• In-depth knowledge of all major fixed-income asset classes.
• Expertise in monitoring and evaluating mandates within the Public Markets universe.
• Experience or affinity with institutional asset management and sustainability.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup based in The Hague.
