What you will do
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, integrating legal considerations into business decisions.
- Provide legal support for commercial agreements, intellectual property, corporate governance, and M&A.
- Lead and develop the legal team, setting directions, priorities, and operational workflows.
- Manage and coordinate external legal counsel.
- Develop and improve legal processes by leveraging AI and legal tech.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business law as a corporate lawyer or at a law firm.
- Strong expertise in corporate law and commercial agreements.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law.
- Strong business judgement and ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
- Experience with listed companies, capital markets, media, or gaming is highly valued.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI.
