What you will do
- Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for testers at customer production sites.
- Provide maintenance and repair support for testers and peripheral components.
- Manage the delivery, installation, and production setup of new equipment.
- Handle customer support via phone and generate detailed service reports.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese sufficient for technical support and customer negotiation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or production support within the equipment industry.
- Basic understanding of programming languages such as C++ and Visual Basic.
- Ability to perform circuit schematic tracing.
- Must be based in or able to work from Nagoya, Japan.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the semiconductor equipment industry.
- Knowledge of product applications and test programs.
- Basic English proficiency for internal communication with overseas engineers.
