What you will do

• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for testers at customer production sites.
• Provide maintenance and repair support for testers and peripheral components.
• Manage the delivery, installation, and production setup of new equipment.
• Handle customer support via phone and generate detailed service reports.

Requirements

• Fluency in Japanese sufficient for technical support and customer negotiation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance or production support within the equipment industry.
• Basic understanding of programming languages such as C++ and Visual Basic.
• Ability to perform circuit schematic tracing.
• Must be based in or able to work from Nagoya, Japan.
