What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of technical Business Intelligence reporting solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to Backend and Frontend BI Developers.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
• Review and approve technical designs, ensuring adherence to quality, security, performance, and scalability criteria.
• Conduct regular code reviews and promote best development practices.
• Communicate complex technical aspects of the solution to stakeholders and customers.

Requirements

• Experience leading and coordinating teams of BI Developers.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Looker (Enterprise edition) and LookML.
• Proficiency in Google BigQuery, GCP, and ETL process implementation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles.
• Knowledge of data security, privacy best practices, and performance optimization techniques.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau.
