What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial KPIs, budgets, and forecasts.
• Implement advanced DAX calculations and optimize visuals for diverse Finance stakeholders.
• Develop data models connecting reporting solutions to Databricks and certified semantic models.
• Manage Row Level Security (RLS) and deploy dashboards via Power BI Apps.
• Collaborate with global Finance teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.
• Drive the Finance Data & AI roadmap by identifying automation and innovation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience designing Power BI dashboards for financial reporting.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Solid understanding of financial statements and performance management.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Warsaw, Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and/or Python.
• Experience working within global or multinational environments.
• Knowledge of BI governance frameworks and KPI standardization.
