What you will do

• Act as the primary quality contact for Foundry, Assembly, and Test suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance and execute periodic KPI reporting and quality audits.
• Lead the resolution of complex quality issues using the 8D approach and serve as a primary escalation point.
• Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) for material risk assessment and action closure.
• Develop and implement quality controls and specifications based on company procedures and industry best practices.
• Execute quality improvement programs and support customer audits and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Material Science, or Physics.
• Several years of professional experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in factory manufacturing and quality systems (e.g., MES, CAB, SPC, OCAP, MSA, MRB).
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, Control Plan, FMEA, and SPC.
• Fluency in English for writing quality documents and specifications.
• Ability to travel within Taiwan and the Asia region as needed.
