What you will do

• Challenge advanced AI models on Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
• Document model failure modes to harden reasoning capabilities and improve linguistic accuracy.
• Converse with models on diverse language scenarios to verify logical soundness and factual correctness.
• Capture reproducible error traces to facilitate model optimization.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• Expertise in Finnish grammar, syntax, morphology, and the nuances of the Finnish writing system.
• Master’s or PhD in Finnish language, linguistics, or a closely related field (ideal).
• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or professional linguistic analysis.
