What you will do

• Lead the creation of high-quality motion assets for product and marketing initiatives, including videos, UI animations, and campaign visuals.
• Design micro-interactions, transitions, and onboarding flows to enhance usability and user experience.
• Develop and maintain a cohesive motion design system, including principles for timing, easing, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with product designers and engineers to deliver production-ready animations aligned with technical constraints.
• Translate visual identity into a consistent motion language across product, web, and marketing channels.
• Optimize animations for performance across various platforms and devices.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in motion design across both product/UI and marketing contexts.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and visual consistency.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Familiarity with modern motion technologies such as Lottie, Framer Motion, and CSS animations.
• Ability to take full ownership of motion design initiatives and collaborate effectively with engineers.
• Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with Rive.
• Proficiency in 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Background in fintech or B2B SaaS environments.
