What you will do

• Define and execute the studio's AI-driven creative production strategy across all harvest and sustain titles.
• Lead the adoption of generative AI tools for marketing assets, CRM variants, promotional visuals, and in-game materials.
• Identify and implement automation for repetitive creative production tasks to scale LiveOps content.
• Partner with playAI and cross-functional teams to integrate emerging AI capabilities into creative workflows.
• Establish creative governance, quality standards, and guidelines for responsible AI use in production.
• Measure and refine AI workflows based on engagement, retention, and monetization metrics.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative production, digital art direction, or creative leadership.
• Proven experience leading creative teams within gaming, digital products, or consumer applications.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for image, video, and creative content generation.
• Strong understanding of player engagement, LiveOps content, and promotional asset production.
• Must be based in Ha Noi, Vietnam to support the hybrid work model.

• Experience working in mobile games or LiveOps environments.
• Experience integrating generative AI tools directly into creative pipelines.
