What you will do

  • Lead the creative production pipeline for Graphic and Motion teams, turning priorities into clear execution plans.
  • Optimize team operations by tracking SLA health, turnaround times, and resolving production bottlenecks.
  • Manage and coach a team of 20+ designers and account members through regular 1-on-1s and performance feedback.
  • Analyze performance marketing signals (CTR, CVR, CPI) to iterate and improve creative output.
  • Collaborate with UA, Product, and Creative Managers to align delivery plans with business goals.
  • Scale production by adopting and piloting AI-assisted workflows for asset generation and brief validation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production or design operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional background as a Senior Designer or Motion Designer.
  • Experience leading or coordinating high-volume creative teams of 15+ members.
  • Strong skills in workload planning, deadline management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to translate performance marketing data into production adjustments.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, or Runway for production workflows.
