What you will do

• Converse with AI models on complex marketing scenarios and sales strategy questions.
• Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of AI-generated responses.
• Identify, document, and capture reproducible error traces to harden model reasoning.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Apply expertise in buyer behavior, product positioning, and pipeline management to train the model.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States of America.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record in marketing campaigns, sales achievements, or CRM projects.
• Expertise in market research, customer segmentation, and sales funnel optimization.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work".
