What you will do

• Verify logical accuracy, coding fluency, and overall code quality and clarity.

• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
• Challenge models on asynchronous programming, memory management, and secure coding practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Real-world experience in Rust programming.
• Ability to provide clear, metacognitive communication and "show your work".
• Must be based in the United States.
