What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows and reusable components.
• Build end-to-end automations integrating RPA, APIs, and AI capabilities.
• Develop document processing solutions using hirify.global Document Understanding and IXP.
• Use hirify.global Orchestrator to deploy, schedule, and monitor automations.
• Implement human-in-the-loop workflows for approvals and exception handling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure clean, maintainable, and scalable code.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software development, RPA, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting, such as Python or other object-oriented languages.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, or system integrations.
• Foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle and automation concepts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

• Exposure to hirify.global tools, specifically Orchestrator and Document Understanding.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques for AI-driven workflows.
• Interest in agentic workflows and rules-based vs. AI-driven automation.
