Cloud Software Developer Engineer (Cloud): Design, develop, validate, and optimize full-stack software solutions to enable hirify.global hardware features for cloud, hybrid cloud, and on-premises deployments with an accent on cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and performance optimization. Focus on collaborating with partners on software stacks, debugging complex issues, and delivering integrated reference platforms.

Hybrid work model in Guadalajara, Mexico. Must have unrestricted permanent right to work in Mexico; this role is not eligible for visa or immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design, develop, validate, and debug software to enable hirify.global hardware features.
• Optimize full-stack software including firmware, drivers, OS, middleware, SDKs, frameworks, algorithms, and applications for cloud deployments.
• Collaborate with partners to understand their stacks and deliver optimized solutions.
• Develop reference cloud platform software and improve customer designs.
• Perform bug analysis, provide customer support, conduct code reviews, and ensure disciplined execution.
• Participate in problem-solving, DevOps, and lab infrastructure activities.

Requirements

• Advanced English level required.
• Unrestricted permanent right to work in Mexico; no visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor's in Computer Science/Software Engineering or related +3 years experience (or Master's +2 years) in software development.
• Programming in Python and NodeJS.
• Cloud architecture and engineering concepts.
• Software validation, debugging, DevOps practices, and lab infrastructure management.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.
• Experience in open-source development projects.
• REST API development.
