Location: Hybrid setup across France and Europe; in-person meetings in Paris 6 times a year

is building a one-stop shop for personal finance, enabling users to track assets, manage budgets, invest, and learn about finance, with 850k users and €25M Series B funding.
What you will do
- Own the Care P&L to generate positive revenue through targeted outreach, client conversions, and retention efforts.
- Handle frontline client calls, meetings, and cases to deeply understand triggers for deposits, churn prevention, and deal progression.
- Build AI-assisted tools including client scoring, churn detection, proactive triggers, and automated workflows.
- Develop data pipelines and internal tools that integrate with One, Growth, and Product teams for decision-making.
Requirements
- Communicate clearly and concisely in English and French
- Strong experience in operations, data, and tooling (Ops, RevOps, CX with technical depth)
- Comfortable with client calls, meetings, and cross-functional collaboration
- Can query databases (SQL), build pipelines, ship internal tools, and work with APIs
- Daily use of AI for prompt engineering, workflow automation, and LLM integration
- Think in terms of P&L and value creation; comfortable with ambiguity
- Genuine interest in fintech, investing, and wealth management
Nice to have
- Startup or scale-up experience
- Exposure to regulated environments (banking, insurance, crypto)
- Experience building or maintaining P&L, attribution models, or revenue analytics
