IT Specialist (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Bogotá, Colombia (required to visit office 2-3 days/week)

What you will do

• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including device provisioning and account setup across Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, HubSpot, and Notion.
• Act as the primary point of contact for IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain device inventory and utilize MDM tooling to ensure endpoint security and compliance.
• Administer SaaS tools and user permissions, enforcing least-privilege principles through periodic audits.
• Support security initiatives, including MFA enforcement and SSO configuration.
• Document IT processes, runbooks, and policies to support company scaling.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Fluent English proficiency for internal communication within a global team.
• Solid working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle).
• Working knowledge of SSO and identity management (Okta, Google SSO).
• Must be based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance programs such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
• Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or AppleScript) for automating repetitive IT tasks.
• Experience with network administration, VPN configuration, or office infrastructure setup.
