What you will do

• Drive marketing strategy across product launches, developer campaigns, and community engagement.
• Define positioning and messaging for products including LND, Taproot Assets, L402, and Terminal.
• Serve as Editor-in-Chief for all external communications, ensuring technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
• Build scalable content frameworks and templates to systematize output across the content team.
• Collaborate with business development to grow the developer funnel from awareness to adoption.
• Design and manage AI-assisted content systems to increase shipping velocity and leverage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product or developer marketing at a technical platform or API-first company.
• Strong technical fluency with the ability to communicate complex concepts to a developer audience.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a high bar for clarity and technical accuracy.
• Demonstrated experience using AI-native workflows and agents for high-velocity marketing operations.
• Must be aligned with US time zones.
• Self-directed ability to build systems and execute without an existing playbook.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing within open source, bitcoin, AI, fintech, or payments ecosystems.
• Familiarity with the Lightning Network or bitcoin protocol development.
• Proven track record of growing developer marketing functions at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Deep presence in developer communities on X/Twitter, GitHub, and Discord.
