What you will do

• Lead the implementation of Omnichannel strategies and Next Best Action Engines for pharma clients.
• Assess existing client ecosystems, including business portfolios, technical architecture, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate optimal analytical solutions.
• Apply data science and AI/ML skills to ensure robust and scalable model deployment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing multiple projects and prioritizing workloads.
• Develop innovative analytical techniques and contribute to organizational thought leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years of total experience, with 5+ years leading analytical projects in the pharma domain.
• Experience in pharma omnichannel, sales force, patient, digital, or commercial analytics.
• Proficiency in AI, machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistics.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in California for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Excellent project management and client communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLOps.
• Expertise in risk-score modeling, customer segmentation, attribution analytics, or NLP.
