What you will do

• Develop Python library and example notebooks to enable domain experts to analyze complex time series datasets
• Build and maintain automated batch processing pipelines to enrich measurement data
• Collaborate closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align solutions with user needs
• Contribute to designing reusable, high-quality, production-ready code
• Support data exploration and visualization through notebooks and dashboarding solutions
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes for reliability and scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years strong Python development experience
• Solid SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
• Hands-on experience with time series data analysis
• Proficiency with Jupyter Notebooks
• Experience with Git and version control systems
• Ability to build scalable and maintainable data solutions

Nice to have

• Experience with Databricks
• Exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure)
• Experience with Apache Spark / PySpark
• Experience building user-facing Python libraries
• Familiarity with Plotly Dash for dashboards / UI
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (testing, deployment automation)
• Background or interest in chemistry / chemical engineering / electrochemistry
