What you will do

• Document, design, and test service-oriented enterprise software for authentication and lifecycle management of digital client identities.
• Liaise with technology risk groups to review designs against architecture, security, and control frameworks.
• Define requirements, support deployment, and ensure platforms follow SDLC practices like Git, Maven, and RESTful services.
• Design, evaluate, and recommend tools/technologies to solve business problems.
• Document testing strategies, run UAT, engage stakeholders, and obtain approvals.
• Discuss and implement changes to deployed software based on user feedback and guide adoption of the platform.

Requirements

• Designing and managing applications on AWS with core services and architecture best practices.
• Working across requirements, design, and maintenance of distributed applications in Java.
• Utilizing Python for server-side scripts and SQL for database queries/stored procedures.
• Supporting production environments with enhancements and break fixes.
• Creating resilient, low-latency services using high availability infrastructure and transaction management.
• Troubleshooting performance, security, and process interactions in complex distributed systems.

Nice to have

• 7+ years designing/developing distributed applications in global teams.
• Background in security concepts like authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding.
• Familiarity with PingFederate, Okta, Kerberos, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, Open ID Connect, IAM, MFA, API gateways, SCIM, security logging.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
