What you will do

• Design and implement security controls for AI/ML systems, including LLM integrations and RAG pipelines.
• Conduct threat modeling for AI systems and data pipelines to define secure-by-design patterns.
• Identify and mitigate AI-specific threats such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, and model poisoning.
• Integrate AI security checks into CI/CD pipelines and perform security reviews of ML code and infrastructure.
• Ensure AI systems comply with GDPR and financial industry regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to internal AI security standards, risk classifications, and control frameworks.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity engineering or application security.
• Hands-on experience with ML/AI systems (LLMs, NLP models).
• Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10, Secure SDLC, and Cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Proficiency in Python, API security, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience conducting threat modeling and risk assessments.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Limassol, Cyprus.

Nice to have

• Experience securing applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, or Azure OpenAI.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures, Vector databases, and ML pipelines (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Previous experience in fintech or other highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks like the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, or ISO/IEC 42001.
• Practical experience with AI red teaming.
