What you will do

• Analyze and process quality-related claims across various textile brands.
• Collaborate with internal staff and sales to resolve product quality issues.
• Manage replacement orders, charge backs, and credit memos for clients.
• Perform lab responsibilities, including maintaining the QA library and inspecting receipts.
• Utilize JIRA to monitor and execute quality assurance requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent; Associate's degree in textiles is a benefit.
• Basic knowledge of textiles with the ability to recognize color and differentiate shades.
• Experience in cutting, weighing, and recording fabric swatches.
• Understanding of internal QA procedures and ISO 9001 Protocol.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Yaphank, NY
