What you will do

• Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for SaaS platform delivery on AWS.
• Apply AI tools like Copilot and Claude to accelerate development and automation.
• Operate and enhance scalable production-like environments for development and QA.
• Collaborate with developers, SREs, and product teams to enable efficient deployments.
• Identify and automate fixes for friction in developer workflows and tooling.
• Act as point of contact between platform engineering and other teams, balancing speed, reliability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on automation, scripting, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, AWS, GitHub Actions, GitOps (ArgoCD), and observability practices.
• Programming skills (Typescript, Go) with JSON/YAML; good communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Location in Ottawa, ON, Canada.
