Enterprise Platform Developer (ITSM)

What you will do

• Develop and evolve the Ivanti platform using scripting and custom configurations to automate business processes.
• Implement technical solutions, custom workflows, and business rules where out-of-the-box functionality is insufficient.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations with CMDB, ITAM, AD, and external REST APIs or message brokers.
• Manage RBAC models, SLAs, notifications, and complex forms.
• Handle data migration and validate code/configurations through testing with business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and configuration guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise automation or BPM platforms (e.g., Ivanti, ServiceNow, Camunda, Salesforce).
• Strong practical skills in JavaScript and SQL.
• Experience building and troubleshooting REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and service modeling.
• Ability to create technical diagrams using tools like Visio or Draw.io.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher required for technical documentation and vendor communication.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM or Ivanti Service Manager.
• Developer certifications for Ivanti or other enterprise ITSM/BPM platforms.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Background in ITIL v3/v4 principles or business/systems analysis.
