What you will do
- Develop system strategy, including HW/SW lifecycle management, dimensioning, and load forecasting.
- Manage partners and contracts, defining scopes of work and technical supply terms.
- Lead tenders by defining technical requirements, analyzing offers, and performing evaluations.
- Oversee system deployment and extensions, coordinating HW/SW supply with partners and O&M teams.
- Gather business needs to create technical requirements for new services and solutions.
- Provide expert consultancy to business units regarding system functionality.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture.
- Experience with PS domain elements (PCRF/PCEF/TDF, DRA, OCS, DPI, GGSN/PGW).
- Proficiency with 3GPP interfaces and signaling protocols (GTP, Diameter).
- Strong understanding of IP networks.
- English: Pre-intermediate or higher
Nice to have
- Knowledge of 5G architecture.
- Experience with SQL and Linux-based OSs.
