What you will do

• Develop system strategy, including HW/SW lifecycle management, dimensioning, and load forecasting.
• Manage partners and contracts, defining scopes of work and technical supply terms.
• Lead tenders by defining technical requirements, analyzing offers, and performing evaluations.
• Oversee system deployment and extensions, coordinating HW/SW supply with partners and O&M teams.
• Gather business needs to create technical requirements for new services and solutions.
• Provide expert consultancy to business units regarding system functionality.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of GSM/UMTS/LTE architecture.
• Experience with PS domain elements (PCRF/PCEF/TDF, DRA, OCS, DPI, GGSN/PGW).
• Proficiency with 3GPP interfaces and signaling protocols (GTP, Diameter).
• Strong understanding of IP networks.
• English: Pre-intermediate or higher

Nice to have

• Knowledge of 5G architecture.
• Experience with SQL and Linux-based OSs.
