Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

TL;DR

Senior Accounts Payable Analyst (Finance): Manage supplier onboarding, maintenance, bank changes, and inquiries in Vendor Management Team with an accent on procurement processes using Coupa system and automation tools. Focus on ensuring compliance with policies, resolving supplier issues, and contributing to process improvements.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania - hybrid work environment, at least 3 days a week in-office.

Salary: 2000-2500 EUR gross monthly.

What you will do

• Handle supplier onboarding, maintenance, and bank account changes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures.
• Research, analyze, and resolve supplier-related inquiries and provide support.
• Provide input to updating or writing policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Accounting, Business/Finance or equivalent.
• Few years of experience.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken form.
• Strong communication skills across different cultures.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of accounting and/or procurement processes and systems.
• Experience working in shared service centers.
