What you will do

• Manage accounting for multiple legal entities on the Kaunas CoE platform.
• Prepare statutory financial reports in accordance with local and US GAAP.
• Oversee balance sheets, income statements, and key financial metrics like DSO.
• Review and approve work performed by accountants to ensure correct bookkeeping.
• Handle cash management, treasury, inter-company transactions, and transfer pricing.
• Coordinate with service providers, tax advisors, and internal/external auditors.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of accounting experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Strong experience in financial closing activities and financial statement preparation.
• Excellent command of Business English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA.
• SAP knowledge.
• Knowledge of German, French, Italian, or Dutch.
