What you will do
- Draft, review, and negotiate sports rights, tech, and commercial partnership agreements
- Develop legal templates, precedents, and internal policies
- Advise on antitrust, consumer protection, privacy, fair competition, copyright, IP/IT, and media issues
- Monitor telecoms regulation, public authorities like CNMC, and industry trends
- Identify legal/commercial risks, provide mitigation strategies, and ensure process efficiency
- Deliver clear advice to business teams and build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) essential
- Qualified lawyer with Spanish Law degree and relevant professional qualification
- Around 3 years’ experience in international law firm or in-house, ideally in media, tech, or audiovisual
- Strong legal drafting, review skills, and understanding of commercial contract principles
- Effective communication to explain legal concepts to non-legal audiences
- Ability to manage workload independently with senior oversight
Nice to have
- Post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate legal environment
