What you will do

• Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) backend and AngularJS frontend
• Contribute hands-on across the stack, including Node.js services and cloud-native integrations
• Act as technical leader, mentoring and coaching engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, technical direction, and best practices
• Drive engineering standards like code reviews, testing, and CI/CD
• Support cloud migration from Azure to AWS and implement performance, scalability, and reliability improvements
• Own key technical decisions aligned with product and platform strategy

Requirements

• Extensive full-stack experience with strong Java and Spring Boot expertise
• Proven frontend frameworks experience, ideally AngularJS (or modern Angular)
• Solid Node.js services and APIs building and maintenance
• Strong cloud platforms understanding, hands-on AWS (or Azure)
• Lead-level ability including mentoring and uplifting teams
• Experience designing distributed, scalable, secure systems
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders
• Proactive mindset for building from scratch and driving initiatives
