What you will do

• Develop, execute, and test the compliance program.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and sanctions compliance processes.
• Monitor risks for existing business partners.
• Provide compliance advice and risk mitigation solutions to internal clients including senior management.
• Deliver training on compliance topics to staff.
• Monitor anti-corruption, sanctions, AML legislation and update business functions.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Law.
• Work experience in similar roles at senior level in compliance, legal, ethics, or forensic accounting.
• Knowledge of anti-corruption legislation and principles of anti-corruption compliance systems.
• Knowledge of sanctions legislation (advantage).
• Deep understanding of commercial business processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Ukrainian.
