What you will do

• Review customer profiles and investigate alerts from transaction monitoring.
• Analyze transaction details, customer data, and documentation for compliance risks.
• Conduct background checks using internal tools and external resources.
• Follow policies on sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and alert management.
• Ensure customer database records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and banking partners to resolve issues.

Requirements

• Meticulous, analytical, and proactive mindset to handle multiple priorities and spot anomalies.
• Ability to perform in-depth due diligence on merchants and transactions.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC/CDD, and sanctions screening processes.
• Experience working with transaction monitoring systems.
• Based in Kyiv.
