What you will do

• Perform comprehensive KYC checks for new and existing clients according to regulatory standards.
• Review and validate customer identification and proof of residence documentation.
• Investigate client websites to ensure compliance with Card Schemes and acquirer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and partners to streamline the KYC and onboarding process.
• Identify and report suspicious activities to mitigate risk.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• English: B2+ level (written and spoken) required.
• Solid understanding of compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
• Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.
• Knowledge of AML software and client screening tools.
• Professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA.
• Hands-on KYC/CDD experience in EMI or Crypto industries.
