What you will do
- Perform comprehensive KYC checks for new and existing clients according to regulatory standards.
- Review and validate customer identification and proof of residence documentation.
- Investigate client websites to ensure compliance with Card Schemes and acquirer requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and partners to streamline the KYC and onboarding process.
- Identify and report suspicious activities to mitigate risk.
Requirements
- Degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- English: B2+ level (written and spoken) required.
- Solid understanding of compliance, AML/KYC, and regulatory frameworks.
- Location: Must be based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, payments, or banking sectors.
- Knowledge of AML software and client screening tools.
- Professional certifications such as ACAMS or ICA.
- Hands-on KYC/CDD experience in EMI or Crypto industries.
