What you will do

• Install, maintain, configure, and optimize backup software and hardware including Commvault, Veeam, and Storage Protect.
• Monitor backup job performance, availability, capacity, and forecasts.
• Troubleshoot failures, perform restorations, and respond to incidents via ticketing tool.
• Manage ATLs and VTLs, tune infrastructures, and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Collaborate with vendors and IT teams for seamless integration and high availability.
• Provide 24x7 on-call support with possible travel to data centers.

Requirements

• Administration experience with backup infrastructures in Commvault, Veeam, and Storage Protect.
• Scripting and automation development skills.
• Experience managing ATLs, VTLs, maintenance, tuning, and updates.
• Monitoring and incident response capabilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese.
• Ability to provide 24x7 support with data center travel.
