What you will do

• Manage, configure, and optimize the Unanet ERP platform.
• Oversee timekeeping, expense reporting, and project structures to ensure data integrity.
• Ensure timekeeping and expense procedures meet DCAA, GAO, and other regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular audits of timesheets, expense reports, and project structures.
• Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards for profitability and labor utilization.
• Maintain data flow between Unanet and external payroll and accounting software.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of direct experience with Unanet, specifically in federal contracting environments.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Strong understanding of cost pools, labor categories, and project charging structures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is highly encouraged.
• Good written and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Unanet Certified Administrator (UCA) or Unanet Certified Implementer (UCI) certification.
