What you will do
- Own full due diligence for new markets: analyse competitive landscape, regulations, commercial potential, pharmacy infrastructure, and pharma partnerships to build go/no-go investment theses.
- Lead end-to-end market launches: hire local teams, secure first pharmacy partners, manage cross-functional workstreams, and acquire first patients.
- Scale launched markets: own P&L, run funnel experiments, hire and develop talent, set OKRs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Operate with high autonomy across market selection, launch, and scaling phases depending on business needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years in high-pressure environments like law, MBB consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups.
- Commercial modelling: build models from scratch, explicit assumptions, defend them.
- Business due diligence: grasp market success factors, unit economics, frame research for clear go/no-go views.
- Negotiation: real commercial discussions with partners, pharma, suppliers.
- Project management: run complex cross-functional workstreams with accountability.
- Communication: write tight investment theses and slide decks; founder mindset with resilience and ownership.
