What you will do

• Build and optimize LLM workflows, including prompt chains and logical flows for conversational agents.
• Develop RAG retrievers by chunking, embedding, and indexing proprietary content.
• Create Python backend services and APIs using FastAPI or GCP Cloud Functions.
• Run model evaluations with golden sets to detect hallucinations and regressions.
• Build data processing pipelines for cleaning and structuring unstructured data.
• Collaborate on architecture prototyping with the Lead ML Engineer.

Requirements

• Conversational English is required.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 1+ years of experience with Machine Learning or Data Engineering pipelines.
• Demonstrated experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Vertex AI).
• Familiarity with a cloud provider (GCP preferred).
• B.S. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience using Firebase/Firestore.
• Understanding of basic DevOps (Docker, CI/CD).
